It's not just a quick visit. It's a complete inspection that includes:
Visual inspection: We actively look for signs of damp, pests, leaks or any anomalies in walls, ceilings and floors.
Ventilation: We open windows in different areas to renew the air and prevent dampness and a ‘stuffy’ smell.
Supply check: We flush cisterns and turn on taps to keep pipes in good condition and prevent bad smells. We check for drips and leaks and read the meters.
Security: We check that all locks, windows and alarm systems (if any) are working properly and closed.
Photographic report: Total transparency. We document everything with photographs and send you a digital report to your email or WhatsApp after the visit for your complete peace of mind.
Emptying the letterbox: A full letterbox is the number one sign for thieves and squatters that a property is unoccupied. Keeping it empty is a fundamental deterrent security measure, and also allows us to scan any urgent administrative correspondence for you.
This is a key question. The answer is no. Your monthly fee covers our management and coordination work. The tradesman's invoice is paid separately, always with your prior authorisation. Our service saves you the stress of having to find someone reliable from abroad.
This is our star service, ensuring your holiday begins as soon as you land. You let us know your arrival date and time, and we take care of:
- Turning on the air conditioning or heating.
- Connecting the water heater.
- Doing some basic shopping (water, milk, coffee, fruit, etc.) and leaving it in your kitchen. (Optional)
- Arranging a clean just before your arrival. (Optional).
You will arrive at a cosy home ready to enjoy, without having to rush to the supermarket.
There will be a management fee plus the cost of the shopping.
